Davasol Inc. was established in Ontario in 2013 by entrepreneur and industrial distribution executive Daniel Pascoe.
Today, our team works with industrial distributors, manufacturers and technical B2B companies to strengthen sales, improve marketing, modernize digital platforms and develop more effective commercial operations.
At the centre of our experience is Vacuforce LLC, a U.S. industrial distribution company founded by Daniel in 2005. Davasol manages and supports key areas of its operations, sales, marketing and digital strategy.
Our experience includes automation, vacuum technology, pneumatics, compressed air, material handling, engineered products and technical distribution.
The strategies we recommend aren't theoretical. They're grounded in what we do every day.
Practical strategy backed by real-world sales, marketing, operations and digital execution.
Davasol brings together business management, sales, industrial marketing and digital development to help technical B2B companies grow more effectively.
Strategy, management support, distribution development, pricing and operational improvement.
Sales training, field coaching, KPIs, prospecting, account development and profitable selling.
Technical content, product launches, LinkedIn, lead generation and sales-support marketing.
Industrial websites, product catalogues, e-commerce, technical data and continuous development.
We work with owners and management teams to improve commercial performance, develop new markets and create practical strategies that can actually be implemented.
Commercial plans based on customers, competitors, positioning, margins and market opportunity.
Develop stronger routes to market through distributors, channel partners, direct sales and digital commerce.
Improve pricing discipline, gross-margin understanding and commercial profitability.
Support businesses developing opportunities across Canada and the United States.
Industrial selling is different. Customers are technical, sales cycles can be long and salespeople need to understand applications, pricing and commercial value.
We teach salespeople how discounting, cost and selling price affect gross margin and gross profit.
Prospecting, qualification, questioning, value selling, objections, negotiation and closing.
We can accompany representatives on customer visits, assess how they sell and provide practical coaching afterwards.
Measurable expectations around response time, prospecting, conversations, opportunities, quotations and pipeline.
Prioritize accounts, identify prospects, develop territories and create consistent proactive sales activity.
Industrial companies need clear communication explaining what a product does, why it matters and why a customer should buy it from them.
Turn technical features and specifications into clear customer-focused sales content.
Professional industrial content designed to keep businesses visible to customers and prospects.
Campaigns and landing pages based on real products, applications and customer requirements.
Brochures, datasheets, technical copy, application pages and product literature.
Building an industrial website isn't primarily a design problem. It's a product-data problem.
Categories, specifications, variants, accessories, datasheets, part numbers, filters and technical SEO all have to work together.
We understand that structure because we work with industrial product catalogues and technical e-commerce platforms every day.
Industrial websites are never really finished. We can continue managing product content, new categories, landing pages, SEO and digital development after launch.
Strategies still have to work when salespeople start calling customers, products need to be loaded into websites, margins need to make sense and enquiries need to become profitable orders.
We understand technical products, industrial buyers, distributors, manufacturers and engineering-led sales.
We actively help operate and develop industrial businesses rather than simply advising from the outside.
We move from strategy into sales, marketing, website development, product data and e-commerce.
Customers, opportunities, gross profit, market development and sustainable growth.

Daniel Pascoe is an entrepreneur, industrial distribution executive and technically trained engineering professional with more than four decades of engineering and industrial experience spanning manufacturing, production engineering, fluid power, technical sales and business development.
His career began in the UK, where he completed a fully indentured British Aerospace Industry apprenticeship before working for a number of years in manufacturing as a toolmaker and machinist.
His engineering career expanded into production engineering, production planning, mechanical design and CAD/CAM, providing practical experience across the manufacturing environment, from component design and machining through tooling, production methods, manufacturing processes and production planning.
In 1994, Daniel moved into the fluid power industry, developing extensive experience in pneumatics, vacuum technology, automation and industrial distribution before founding Vacuforce LLC in 2005.
This combination of engineering, manufacturing and commercial experience is central to Davasol's approach. It provides a practical understanding of how industrial distributors operate while also providing the technical background to understand their customers' industrial applications, engineering projects and product requirements.
That experience is particularly valuable when developing sales strategies, training technical sales teams, creating industrial marketing content or building websites and e-commerce platforms for engineering-led businesses. The objective is not simply to market a product, but to understand what it does, how it is applied and why an industrial customer needs it.
Daniel established Davasol Inc. in 2013 to provide business management and consulting services, subsequently expanding the company's capabilities into sales development, industrial marketing, website development, product data and industrial e-commerce.
Today, Daniel leads the Davasol team while remaining actively involved in the management and development of operating industrial businesses.
